On September 28th, Square One CrossFit will be at the Mississauga Lululemon location in Square One from 6:30am – 8:00am for a WOD demonstration. Come join us for a morning WOD!

We are offering an OCTOBER SPECIAL on our CrossFit Fundamentals package. Please go to Schedule & Fees for our regular WOD schedule, starting October 1st, and available packages.
