How To Get Started
Your first CrossFit session is free – no obligations. Please call or email us to let us know when you’d like to come in.
Based on your level of fitness and ability we will modify the workout of the day (WOD) for you as needed. If you have some basic functionality you can do CrossFit! Each CrossFit class has at least one trainer on hand to ensure that movements are performed safely and with proper form and technique. Before each session, the movements in the WOD are reviewed with everyone to ensure they are understood and can be performed correctly and any required modifications identified. Our trainers are actively engaged during the WOD, constantly monitoring the athletes. Your well-being is our number one priority.
